How Non-Surgical Vaginal Rejuvenation Works

diVa™ uses Hybrid Fractional Laser Technology to tighten the vaginal walls. diVaTyte™ is a non-ablative treatment using selected wavelengths of light penetrating deep into the exterior vaginal skin tissue improving the appearance of the vulvar area of the vagina.

diVa

1.

The diVaTyte™ treatment starts with ultrasound gel applied to the vulvar skin.

2.

Light energy deeply heats the lower layer tissues of the labia, using gentle pressure.

3.

The goal is to heat each area to 42° C.

4.

Reduced energy wattage is then rhythmically passed over again, evenly for final maintenance.

    • Vaginal tightening

  • 2What is the difference between Noninvasive Laser and Surgical Vaginal Tightening?

Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation is a noninvasive alternative to surgical vaginal muscle tightening or surgical labiaplasty. Severe cases of loose and large labia or vaginal canal laxity may need permanent surgery. In most cases, laser non-surgical Vaginal Rejuvenation is all it takes to revive your feminine wellness.

  • 3Does laser Vaginal Rejuvenation hurt?

Feminine Rejuvenation is totally non-surgical and painless, without any recovery period. There is no stitches, no cutting and the results can be seen and felt immediately. There is no anesthesia needed. The treatment feels like a comfortable, warm heat.

  • 4How long does the laser Vaginal Rejuvenation treatment take?

Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation treatment takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes for the Labia majora area and 15 to 20 minutes for vaginal tightening. The treatment consists of 3 treatments, one month apart for every treatment.

  • 5How long will my Vaginal Rejuvenation results last?

Your Feminine Rejuvenation results can last approximately over a year. Maintenance treatments may be needed once every 6 months to one to two years.

  • 6What can I expect after getting laser Vaginal Rejuvenation?

Patients reported feeling ‘tighter’ immediately after their Feminine Rejuvenation treatment, but this will improve more with time. With regards to vaginal dryness, the moisture starts more dramatically after two weeks. It may only be slightly improved after the first treatment and begin to present itself more significantly after the second and third treatment.

  • 7Are there any situations where it is not a good time to have laser Vaginal Rejuvenation?

You cannot have the laser Feminine Rejuvenation treatment if you are pregnant, have an active urinary tract infection (UTI), have an active sexually transmitted disease (STD), have a pacemaker or recent vaginal prolapse.

Patient testimonials

  • At first, I was hesitant of the procedure but when I heard that it was non-surgical, I immediately went for it. The doctor who performed the procedure was very kind enough to make sure that I was comfortable. It only took less than an hour and I’m very satisfied with the results. My husband is too!

  • LaserBody M.D. helped me regain my confidence again. I’ve always been self-conscious about my bits down there. I’m happy to have found a clinic that has zero judgement on its patients and performs non-invasive beauty procedures such as this one. I highly recommend diVa to women my age or to any woman who needs the extra confidence boost.

    Barbara C., 36, Hamilton, ON
  • A lack of vaginal lubrication was a problem for me ever since I was in my teens. This made sexual intercourse very painful. Had I known treatments such as diVa existed, I would have gotten it sooner. The doctor at LaserBody M.D. who handled me was very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.
